Zui Hai Tang

Rare "Drunken Crabapple Blossom" from the cradle of oolong teas, Wuyi Shan. Still considered a "rock" tea owing to the mineral rich soil in which it grows, the well-oxidized, yet lightly baked dark leaves have a subtle, sweet aroma and taste, atypical for Wuyi teas. Recorded as one of the famous Wuyi oolongs since before 1939, this oolong is grown in Jiu Long Ke, in the Royal Tea Garden, known for exceptional teas. Brewing: 1.5 tsp, 190 deg, 1.5 min, 5 inf. A 10 sec. wash is recommended.
