Named for it's sweet, watermelon rind taste, this Qing Xiang style Tie Guan Yin is succulent and rich. The light green/gold liquor offers brilliant floral aromas which follow through in the flavor. Organically grown in Hu Pao village in An Xi county, Fujian, China. Brewing: 5 grams (1.5 tsp), 180 deg, 1 min, 6 infusions.
