Darjeeling - Jethikupi
The first harvest of the season from Darjeeling. This elegantly flavorful 1st flush from the Rohini Tea Estate consists of finely picked buds and leaf sets. Floral and perfumy. Jethikupi means Elder Daughter in the local language. The name was given by estaet owner Shiv Saria. Plucked on February 11th from pure, 25 year old BB157 cultivars known for their early flushing. Brewing: 1 tablespoons, 175 degrees, 2 minutes, 3 infusions.
